1. What We Collect

• Purchase information: your email address and order details, collected via our checkout provider, Gumroad. We do not directly collect or store your card details — Gumroad handles payment processing.
• Support communications: anything you send us via [email protected], including for refund requests.
• Web-App usage: basic usage data (e.g. which protocols you've played) tied to your account, used to fulfill the refund-eligibility conditions described in our Refund Policy.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking scripts on this site. If that changes, we'll update this section and add a cookie consent notice where required.

2. How We Use It

• To deliver the protocols and Web-App access you purchased
• To respond to support and refund requests
• To send you purchase-related emails (e.g. VIP onboarding guidance, if you purchased VIP)
• To detect and prevent refund/chargeback abuse, as described in our Terms of Service

3. Who We Share It With

We share data only with the service providers needed to run NCP: Gumroad (checkout, payment processing, and tax/VAT remittance as merchant of record), and our email provider for sending and receiving [email protected] correspondence. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Your Rights (EU/UK Visitors — GDPR)

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

5. Your Rights (US Visitors)

Depending on your state, you may have similar rights to access, delete, or opt out of the sale of your personal data. We do not sell personal data. To make a request, email [email protected].

6. Data Retention

We retain purchase and support records for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with tax/legal obligations, and resolve disputes, after which we delete or anonymize the data.

7. Children's Privacy

NCP is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
