1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using NCP (the "Service"), including the audio protocols, the NCP Web-App, and the Founders Club Blueprint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the Service.

2. The Service

NCP provides audio-guided calibration protocols and an accompanying Web-App. NCP is for educational and relaxation purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice — see the Medical Disclaimer on our homepage, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Founders Club Program

Standard ($79) and VIP ($179) are one-time payments for lifetime access to the Service, limited to 2,000 total members. Once the cap is reached, new members join under a monthly subscription instead; existing Founders Club members keep lifetime access under the terms they purchased. Checkout and payment processing are handled by our payment processor (Gumroad), which also acts as merchant of record and is responsible for calculating and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST on your purchase.

4. Refund Policy

We want NCP to genuinely work for you. Refunds are available within 7 days of your purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• You must not have accessed/streamed more than one full session of each protocol, tracked via your Web-App account.
• Limited to one refund per person, household, or payment method for the lifetime of the Founders Club program.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at purchase.

How to request

1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request," your order email, and a brief reason for the request.
2. We review each request against the conditions above and respond within 2 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your Founders Club access is deactivated and the reserved spot is released back to the program.

Fraud & abuse protection

We reserve the right to decline any refund request that falls outside these conditions, or that shows signs of abuse — including but not limited to repeated purchase-refund cycles, use of multiple accounts/emails/cards by the same individual, or coordinated requests inconsistent with genuine product use. If a chargeback is filed with your bank instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to dispute it and to suspend account access pending resolution.

After 7 days, or once the usage threshold above is exceeded, all purchases are final. This policy applies to both Standard and VIP tiers.

5. Intellectual Property

All audio protocols, the Founders Club Blueprint, and the NCP Web-App are proprietary to NCP. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use them. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the protocol files or Web-App content.

6. Medical Disclaimer

NCP is for educational and relaxation purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a doctor before use if you have a diagnosed condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. NCP is currently operated by an individual based in Thailand (not a registered company). If you incorporate a company later (in Thailand or elsewhere), update this section to match. Note: customers in the EU/UK may still be entitled to certain mandatory consumer protections under their own local law regardless of this clause — have a lawyer confirm the exact wording before relying on it.
